Emma Rose Kenney has been an actress for over 10 years. She has portrayed Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher on Shameless in a role that she played between the year 2011 until 2021. Also, she played Harris Conner-Healy in the tenth season of the family sitcom Roseanne, and the spin-off The Conners. Kenney was an New York City native born in the month of September, 1999. She has parents Gillian Kenney, a criminal defense lawyer, as well as Kevin Kenney, a sports writer who wrote previously for The New York Post and now has a job at Fox Sports. Emma Kenney shares the same birthplace as Emmy Rossum, her Shameless co-star. The actress was born from Manhattan, Kenney, 19 has a role as sassy mother Debbie in the cult Showtime TV series Shameless. Though she was raised in New York, she lived the majority of her childhood years living in Garden State. Kenney was also known for her role as Darlene Gilbert's daughter Harris and was a part of her time in the Roseanne revival.
